Acceptable Use Policy — Heimcore

1. About This Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (the “Policy” or “AUP”) sets out how you may and may not use the Heimcore service and the CORE AI assistant (together, the “Service”). This Policy is an integral part of our Terms of Service and applies to every user of the Service — including the Free tier, paid subscriptions, and any purchased CORE COINS.

The Service is operated by Individual Entrepreneur Danila Manko (registration No. 324087215), operating as Heimcore, Angisa 78, Batumi, Georgia. Contact: support@heimcore.ai.

By using the Service, you agree to follow this Policy. Violating it may lead to restriction, suspension, or termination of your access and, where the law requires, to a report to the relevant authorities.

CORE is an AI assistant for business (text and voice) that performs tasks through agents and integrations. You are responsible for how you use the Service, for the data and instructions you provide, and for the results you obtain with it.

2. Prohibited Content

You may not use the Service to create, upload, store, process, distribute, or generate content in any of the following categories.

2.1 Sexual and Pornographic Content (NSFW / Adult)

• Pornography and sexually explicit content of any kind, including text, images, audio, and AI-generated material.
• NSFW chatbots and sexualized characters or dialogue.
• Any content sexualizing minors (CSAM) — an absolute, zero-tolerance prohibition. We report such content to the competent authorities and block the account immediately.
• Creating or facilitating escort services, sex services, and related advertising.

2.2 Deepfakes and Identity Manipulation

• Deepfakes, face-swap, and face-manipulation tools.
• Cloning or imitating the voice of a real person without their explicit consent.
• Passing off generated content as genuine statements, images, or recordings of real people in order to deceive.

2.3 Illegal and Unlawful Content

• Any activity that violates applicable law (including the law of Georgia, the EU, and the user's own jurisdiction).
• Content that promotes or organizes violence, terrorism, extremism, human trafficking, or exploitation.
• Illegal goods and services: drugs, weapons, forged documents, stolen data, and circumvention tools.
• Content that breaches sanctions regimes or export controls.

2.4 Infringing the Rights of Others

• Infringing copyright and related rights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property.
• Disclosing trade secrets or confidential information without the right to do so.
• Privacy violations: collecting, publishing, or processing other people's personal data without a lawful basis; doxxing.

2.5 Deception and Fraud

• Fraud, pyramid schemes, phishing, and scams.
• Disinformation capable of causing significant harm (for example, in health, elections, or public safety).
• Impersonation: passing yourself off as another person, company, or official body.
• Fake reviews, engagement manipulation, and artificial inflation of metrics.

3. Prohibited Conduct and Abuse

Regardless of content, you may not:

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages (email, messages, calls), or violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and similar rules when using integrations.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or exploits, or carry out attacks (DDoS, brute-force, scanning other systems for vulnerabilities).
• Gain unauthorized access to other people's accounts, data, or systems, or bypass authentication and access controls.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service, or attempt to extract its source code, models, or prompts, except where the law expressly permits.
• Bypass technical limits, metering systems (including CORE COINS metering), rate limits, guardrails, or moderation mechanisms.
• Carry out automated bulk scraping of the Service, or build derivative services on top of it, without written permission.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide third-party access to the Service outside the terms of your subscription.
• Use the Service to train competing AI models or to systematically extract its outputs for that purpose.
• Abuse connected integrations (Google, Meta, and others) by taking actions on a user's behalf that go beyond the permissions and consents they granted.
• Intentionally overload the infrastructure or take actions that harm the stability and security of the Service for other users.

4. Using the CORE AI Assistant Responsibly

CORE is a tool. Responsibility for how it is used rests with the user.

• You must not use CORE to make legally or otherwise significant decisions about people (hiring, credit, insurance, medical, legal) without appropriate human oversight and review.
• You are responsible for verifying outputs before relying on them. AI can be wrong; outputs are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or tax).
• You must not present CORE's answers as the expert opinion of a qualified professional where doing so misleads people or breaks the law.
• When using voice and automated actions (emails, posts, operations through integrations), you are responsible for complying with applicable rules and the consent of recipients.

5. Moderation and Enforcement

Heimcore applies measures to prevent prohibited use of the Service:

• Technical guardrails and filters in the AI pipeline against the prohibited content categories (see Section 2), in addition to the restrictions imposed by our model providers.
• Reactive moderation in response to complaints and abuse signals.
• The right to review use of the Service on reasonable suspicion of a violation, subject to our privacy commitments — we do not use the contents of your data to train models (see our Privacy Policy).

If you violate this Policy, we may, without prior notice:

• issue a warning;
• restrict or suspend access to features or your account;
• remove the infringing content;
• terminate the Service and close your account;
• where the law requires, notify the competent authorities.

The measures depend on the severity and recurrence of the violation. For critical violations (for example, CSAM), we apply immediate blocking without warning.

If access is terminated for a violation of this Policy, fees for the paid period and unused CORE COINS are not refunded, except where the law expressly requires (see our Refund & Cancellation Policy and the refund terms in our Terms of Service).

6. How to Report a Violation

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this Policy, tell us at support@heimcore.ai. Where possible, include a link or identifier, a description, and the date. We review reports within a reasonable time and respond promptly.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will give notice of material changes by a reasonable means (for example, by email or within the Service). Continuing to use the Service after the changes take effect means you accept them.

8. Payment Processing (Payment Provider as Merchant of Record)

Payments for subscriptions and CORE COINS are processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record. This Policy applies to your use of the Service in addition to the provider's Buyer terms. A violation of this Policy may be grounds for terminating your access regardless of payment status.
